Easy, Free Returns

CoastActive believes in making sure that you can change your mind if you want to, as long as you follow a few simple rules when doing so. To ensure smooth sailing, always make sure to follow these guidelines before submitting a return:

  • Make sure that you return your item/s within 30 days of purchase as this is our site policy.

  • Make sure the item is returned in its original packaging, and that the packaging is undamaged.

​

  • Make sure the product is unused and in its original new condition.

​

  • For clothing, make sure the tags are still attached and that the item has not been worn.

​

  • If the item has multiple parts or components, make sure to return ALL of these together.
